Do I need to install remote access software?

Only after we confirm the request. We agree on the tool first, you start the session, and you can stop it at any time.

Can you help outside Estonia?

Yes, for remote-friendly tasks such as email, software, Windows/macOS, printer setup, browser cleanup, and small business configuration.

Can every computer problem be fixed remotely?

No. Hardware failures, bad cabling, physical damage, and some network issues may require onsite work. We tell you when remote support is not the right route.

How do you handle passwords?

We prefer screen-sharing where you enter passwords yourself. Do not send sensitive passwords through the form.
